Dorm Room Workout Series : Tailgate Ten8:35:00 AM
With college football now in full swing I felt like it was imperative to come up with a quick workout one can do in order to gear up or recover from a fun filled day of tailgating!
Personally, this is my favorite time of the year, and I know many others can say the exact same thing. So going out and enjoying yourself for a day of football and fun is no longer something you need to feel guilty about the next day. This workout is geared mainly around your core and is one of my favorites. Along with focusing on your core this workout can be done in a small space and with minimal time availability.
