So at this point Andrew & I had been dating for about two and a half years. We knew where we wanted things to go in our relationship so we started planning, more concretely, our future. Before we could do any serious planning there was one teeny little question that he had to ask first :)

On my twenty-first birthday everything was going as normal as it always does. I was off work, Andrew was too so we were spending the entire day together. We went out to lunch & then headed back to his apartment where we could chill out a little bit before going to dinner with my family. While we were at his apartment, after he had given me another present that he had for me, he got down on one knee and asked that ever important question, "Will you marry me?" and of course I said yes! I know it wasn't anything crazy over the top with a bunch of little details, but it was very us and it was the most absolute perfect moment!

The rest of the night included dinner with my parents & of course sharing our extremely exciting news with them {and everyone else we knew} It was amazing & I couldn't have been happier.
