Product Review : Maybelline's Dream Nude Airfoam
9:36:00 AMWhen it comes to make up I will have to admit that I tend to settle... In fact, I have an issue with not liking to try new things. I buy the same things over and over again even if I only find them to be satisfactory {I get scared that it could get worse & I'm extremely indecisive so spending an hour strolling up and down the make up aisle does not always seem ideal}
At the beginning of the summer I was determined to find a new foundation, one that was light & had SPF 15 or higher {I was tired of always having to wrestle with the choice of sunscreen or makeup!} Going back and forth between brands was exhausting for me & I will have to admit that it was Andrew who made the final decision for me {he does good work}
So this is what I ended up walking out of the store with...
it comes in a really cool can/bottle! |
My Review:
- Extremely light
- Goes on so smooth
- You have to be careful when pumping it out, a little goes a long way
This was just a *tiny* little pump!! |
- The color is perfect... Seriously, I am convinced that I could have gone a shade darker or lighter and it would still go on flawlessly and match my skin tone perfect
- I am a little bit skeptical as to how long this can will last though, it was a bit more expensive than I am used to paying but I feel like it will be worth it!
- Oh the SPF16 in it really makes me happy {we are heading to Mexico in a month so being able to not worry about my makeup or sunscreen dilemma is such a relief!}
So all in all I would highly recommend this foundation for anyone who is looking for something light, airy infused with SPF for the summer months {or really for whenever!}
What is your makeup of choice for the summer?!? Do you have any recommendations or have you tried this product too?!? I'd love to hear from you all!

I'm on my second can (bottle? whatever...) of this. I didn't think it would last long, but it really did. I've had a few air bubbles that have caused it to spray everywhere, but other than that, I love it. I'm definitely a fan.
ReplyDeleteI don't wear foundation, but this sounds like a good option if I want to look extra special every now and then ;)
ReplyDeleteI'm a big MAC fan for foundation but always looking for a cheaper alternative...I'll haveto check this out!!
ReplyDeleteGreat review! I love when I find something I love. I have been using a Cover Girl foundation. I think drug store make-up has come a LONG way!
