If you've spent anytime scrolling through my IG feed or Facebook page you'll see me wearing my Aftershokz Treks Air headphones. Let's be real, since I tested out the product last Summer I've been hooked. I have always had a huge issue with ear buds hurting me after a while, I could never wear ear buds for more than an hour at a time without my ears actually being in pain. These head phones have made me much more punctual at answering text messages, answering phone calls and receiving important emails. Not only that I am able to listen to my audio books, podcasts and music around the house while I'm getting the daily chores done. All while not compromising my abilities to hear my kiddos in the next room if they need me. 

Along with the fact that these head phones make running much safer when I'm alone they have made my daily life that much more enjoyable. I love having background noise around the house and used to always just have the TV on, with something mindless just playing. Doing stuff around the house makes it difficult for me to really pay attention to anything of value on the television so being able to listen to audio books daily has been such a refreshing change of pace. I'm able to actually take in something that's going on while not compromising what I'm doing or my ability to be a Mother to my boys.
