Lately I have been receiving extremely sweet comments from a lot of bloggers, some even comment quite often & I would love to be able to respond personally to them through email but unfortunately can not.

I admit it... I was one of these bloggers at first! That was until Jenn from Perfectly Imperfect pointed this out & sent me a link to a tutorial so I could change {which I am very grateful for :)}The tutorial she gave me can be found HERE.  I am more of a visual learner so this tutorial, while great, took me a while to break down & actually implement.

Don't know if you're a No-Reply blogger? Well here's a little tutorial to show you how to check & see as well as how to change it if you are!

Here we go...

I have been hearing a lot of people having issues with GOOGLE+ when it comes to the No-Reply thing, so I am sticking with BLOGGER {apparently it may have something to do with a security thing? idk}. ANYWAY, go to your BLOGGER Dashboard, it will look like the image above, and click on your pretty picture in the upper right hand corner...

When you click on the picture a little box will pop up, & it will look like the one in the picture^^ Click on Blogger Profile.

After clicking Blogger Profile you will be taken to this screen... Pretty simple right? Now all you have to do is click on Edit Profile in the upper right hand corner...

Finally you will be taken to this screen where you are able to change your settings... Make sure the box next to "Show My email Address" is checked {if it's not, you ARE a NO-REPLY comment blogger}... CHECK IT IMMEDIATELY IF IT ISN'T! Then go down to the line that says "EMAIL ADDRESS" and make sure the email address that is in this box is where you want your comments & replies to go, if you wish to put in a different email, go for it!

All you have to do now is scroll to the bottom of the page, click "Save" & there you have it! You will be receiving responses to your comments in no time {As well as emails whenever someone comments on your posts!!!}

Brunch with Amber A Complete Waste of Makeup

So I haven't done this link-up in a while. Today is one of those days where I just need to vent & what better way than to say, "It's Okay!!" So here it goes...

Shirts & Pants: Marshalls, Shoes{Left}: Target, Shoes{Right}: Payless

Okay so I need to get over my insecurities & start having Andrew take actual pictures with my nice camera for future outfit post's. {There's just something about having photos taken of me that makes me uncomfortable... Suggestions to get over this?!}

ANYWAY... This past weekend I went a little crazy when shopping at Marshall's. Honestly, I never shop there, I always pass it up and go straight to the mall. Well I can now say that will not be the case anymore!! I spent a decent amount of money but got SO much cute stuff for Fall, seriously it was ahhhh-mazing!!!!

The outfit on the left... I want this shirt in every single color. I'm a huge fan of blouses like these but never even considered buying on in a cotton material, boy was I missing out! This shirt is seriously the most comfortable thing I've worn in a while! The skinnies {I have them on right now} were such a lovely find, I have a huge issue finding jeans that fit me. I have large thighs & a small-ish waist which makes finding jeans that fit & look decent on me, HARD. Again, I want these in every color they had... Bonus?! They were each only $15, total steal! **The boots, which you can't really see... I believe they are from Target but I bought them last year so I forget all the details but they are my go-to flat brown boots for fall & winter!**

Now onto the outfit on the right. Jeans, same as the outfit above. The sleeveless blouse {which has a solid black collar, apparently collar's are in this season, personally not a huge fan, so this is as close as I'll get to that trend... You can't really see it but I promise it's there!} was extremely comfortable and so light weight. I wore a black tank underneath it because it was a little see-through. This blouse was $20, $20 well spent! My shoes I bought last year sometime from Payless, I think they were $15 but I don't really remember. I paired this outfit with my faux leather jacket to walk from bar to bar {wore it out Saturday night with my girls!}. I also ended up changing my shoes to some boots I bought from Target so this is what it ended up looking like...

...On that September day?

I was in Seventh grade, Literature class... I remember a friend of mine came to school late, she had an orthodontist appointment, she was sad & upset but didn't tell us why. Now I know that it was because she was asked not to, so that our Principal could. It was a weird moment, being so young I didn't really understand what was going on, we could tell all the adults were very saddened by the news, so we knew it was a big deal. Switching classes, we headed to History where our teacher turned on the TV, by this time the second building had been hit, we watched everything... Switched classes, continued to watch the footage, in that moment none of us really understood the magnitude of what was happening to our world & how this would effect the rest of us, forever.

The days that followed were still just as confusing, I don't think it was until much later {and by later I mean a couple years} that I actually realized what I had witnessed on that day; sure I knew it was sad, we all did... But being so young you just don't get it, now I do & it makes me that much more sad & hurt for everyone who lost a loved one on that day.

My thoughts & prayers go out to the victims & survivors of 9-11 {not just today, but everyday}

HAPPY MONDAY! So for the past couple weeks I have been wanting to be a part of this Link-Up, however with being out of town as well as previously having posts scheduled it just didn't work out... At least, until now! Becky over at From Mrs. to Mama is constantly keeping me interested & entertained with her posts, many of which revolve around her beyond adorable little girl!

So basically the link-up is simple, just answer the questions she provides {each week she will have the list for the following Monday} & schedule the post to go off the next Monday & that's it!
