I want to talk about something I guess you could say I'm super 'passionate' about. This is a very important step in ANYONE'S beauty routine. Whether you wear makeup, or you don't. Whether you're outside for 10 minutes or 10 hours, you need to wear sunscreen! I once saw a picture of a man who was a truck driver for 25 years and for those long years he didn't wear sunscreen. What was the outcome? His left side of his face was so aged and wrinkled from the sun shining on him every day, while the right side of his face wasn't as aged or wrinkled. If that's not a reality check, I don't know what is! Were all going to age, and with aging comes sagging skin, wrinkles, etc., but if we can prevent it then why the heck aren't we? Since I saw that picture, I wear sunscreen every single day. If I'm wearing makeup, I put it on before, and if I'm not wearing makeup, I still put it on.
